We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to join our team. The Helper will assist skilled workers, supervisors, or other staff in performing daily tasks. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is dependable, cooperative, and able to follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled workers in carrying out their tasks and projects.
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Perform basic tasks such as lifting, carrying, and arranging materials.
  • Support team members in setting up equipment or preparing workstations.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report hazards immediately.
  • Assist in minor repairs, maintenance, or other assigned duties.
  • Provide general support to staff and management as required.

Requirements

  • No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience as a helper or in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy objects.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and equipment (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
